I've long been a fan of Savvy's Long Lasting Matte Lipsticks, especially the shades Bali and San Fran. They are quite creamy for a matte formula and glide on the lips reasonably well. While they take a bit more work to apply evenly than say a lip butter or MAC Cremesheen, the end effect is worth it.
If you are after a budget-friendly lipstick that is really long-wearing, I'd definitely recommend giving these a go. I love that you can see the colour at the base of the packaging, it definitely helps if you're like me and have multiple lipsticks in your bag at any given time.
In the name of 'research', I purchased all four of the new shades to trial and review for you.
The four new shades have begun hitting Priceline shelves and all of them are absolutely perfect for summer, especially if you love a bright lip.
Gerbera is a gorgeous, bright fuchsia pink that has amazing colour payoff. This shade is the most intense of the four and is definitely one to grab when you want the focus to be on your pout.
Blossom is a beautiful coral pink that is perfect for Spring/Summer. It has the tiniest hint of pastel to it so make sure your lips are in good condition before wearing this as it does emphasise any flaky bits! Absolutely beautiful colour though, and very long lasting.
Tiger Lily is the perfect summer orange. It's not too intense, so if you've ever wanted to try MAC Morange for instance, but were too scared to attempt such a bold look, Tiger Lily could be a great colour to ease in to orange lips.
Tulip is a beautiful mix of red, pink and orange. I don't think I have anything in my collection quite like it. Normally red lipsticks lean more orange or more pink but this one seems to fit somewhere in the middle. This is a great red for me as I'm not someone who often wears traditional red lips. I like that it's a little different to all those classic reds on the market.

These lipsticks should be in a Priceline store near you soon, if not already.
