Priceline 40% Off Skincare Haul!
If you're in Australia, you may have heard about this week's two day skincare sale at Priceline. I wasn't interested initially, as I already have so many skincare products on my shelf waiting to be trialled and reviewed, but I just couldn't resist picking up a small handful of goodies.
I think it's interesting to note that all four of these purchases were made because these products have been raved about by some of my favourite beauty bloggers and YouTubers. I haven't read about any of these products in magazines yet so it goes to show just how influential the online beauty world is.
Anyway, on to the haul!
Sanctuary Spa Brightening Facial Polishing Hot Cloth Cleanser:
I like the idea of this type of cleanser, where you use it in conjunction with a muslin cloth much like the Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish which is so loved by Vivianna from Vivianna Does Makeup. While I haven't been able to get my hands on the Liz Earle version, I jumped at the chance to pick up this Sanctuary Spa offering, especially because my friend Ange mentioned it in her recent YouTube video and seemed to really enjoy it.
RRP: $19.99 with 40% discount = $12.00
Hydraluron Moisture Booster:
I'm noticing a lot of people are starting to mention this product and I nearly bought it at full price recently but I decided to hold off. About a week or so later, I noticed another friend of mine, Anita, absolutely rave about this in one of her videos on her YouTube channel. I decided it would have to be mine and only a few days later I caught wind of the Priceline 40% off skincare sale. To my surprise, none of the brands I was interested in were excluded from the offer, hence this purchase.
RRP: $34.99 with 40% discount = $20.99
Ponds Flawless White BB Cream:
I've been aware that Ponds has come back on to the market and wasn't really that keen to check out the range until Marnie from Ms Goldgirl on Youtube did a review on the BB Cream. She has fair skin like me and doesn't normally like BB creams all that much but she really loves this one so I thought I may as well give it a go while it is so cheap!
RRP: $13.99 with 40% discount = $8.39
La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo:
Lots of people have been mentioning this product in the online beauty world of late and now that Priceline stocks a great range of this French skincare it is much more accessible to me. The chance to try this super-hyped product at a discount was an easy sell for me.
RRP: $25.99 with 40% discount = $15.59
Total haul value: $94.96
After discount: $56.97
I'm really happy with my haul. I know I could have gone crazy and really stocked up on the French skincare brands on offer, but I managed to resist.
Have you tried any of these products? I'd love to hear your thoughts, feel free to leave links to your reviews of these products in the comments section!
