(Glittery) Nail Of The Day: Missha Crystal Nail Polish In Orange Stone

My glitter obsession has continued on from the festive season, so this week I have been sporting perhaps one of the most full-on glitters I own, Missha Crystal Nail Polish in Orange Stone.

I always find glitters look better over a similar base shade. In this case, I used one of my faves, China Glaze Swing Baby, which is a soft champagne gold shade.

I managed to get complete glitter coverage with just one carefully applied coat. By careful, I mean I used my brush to move around each individual chunk of glitter so they were evenly dispersed across the nail.

Of course, glitters are a pain to remove, and in this case, also extremely annoying to wear after a day or so. Gradually, the glitter pieces started to lift on me and every time I would adjust my hair, my nails would get stuck!

This is definitely one to save for special occasions, or for when you are desperate for a glitter fix. However, it is a bit annoying to wear and take off. It won't stop me from using it again though!
