Last Friday night I was lucky enough to be invited to Revlon's
Grow Luscious Mascara Bar in Pitt St for a makeover. Some of my favourite beauty bloggers were also in attendance for the exclusive bloggers only event.
I had my makeup applied by one of the lovely makeup artists on site and got to try the Grow Luscious Plumping Mascara as well as the Grow Luscious Lash Liner.
Below are some happy snaps taken by photographer Sam on the evening.

After getting glammed up by the lovely makeup artists, Revlon kindly treated us to dinner and cocktails at Hemmesphere. I don't eat sushi, (or any kind of meat for that matter) so I was worried about what I would be able to eat. Edamame saved the day! As did a delicious roast eggplant/miso type dish. I'm not sure what it was called, but it was yummy! I only managed to snap two quick pics of a few of the girls at dinner.
We were also lucky enough to be given a little goodie bag with the two new Grow Luscious products.

Once I've had more of a play with the products, I'll try and post a review. So far, I'm loving the liner. It's really creamy and glides on
so easily. The mascara is a very wet formula, which I normally steer clear of. I also noticed that the first time I used it, it clumped like crazy, which I did not find to be the case with the original Grow Luscious mascara, which I love!
Stay tuned for proper reviews though as my opinions may very well change.
Have you tried anything from the Grow Luscious range, or anything from Revlon for that matter? What are your hits & misses from the brand?
Is a lash liner different to a regular eye liner?
